# Orbit

> Orbit is an agentic revenue system built and run by VG Tech Consulting (VGTC, https://vgtc.io). AI agents are first-class users: they capture companies and people, track the sales pipeline, keep each conversation next to its record, enrich contacts, and run research agents. The team works in the same data through a web app and a Chrome extension.

Orbit is a private, invite-only workspace tool. Self-serve sign-up is turned off, and all customer data sits behind a login. This file describes the product; it does not expose any workspace data.

## What Orbit does

- Pipeline: companies move through stages (lead, qualified, follow-up, closed won/lost). Competitors and partners are tracked on their own tracks, separate from sales targets.
- Capture: agents, the Chrome extension (LinkedIn profiles and web pages) and an authenticated capture API create companies and people, with de-duplication on write.
- Enrichment: pluggable contact enrichment providers fill in email, phone and WhatsApp details.
- Research: the "Eugina" research agent writes structured, source-backed insights on leads; a competitor monitor records dated market signals.
- Human approval: agents propose changes into an Inbox, and people approve or dismiss them. Service proposals and agreements need human acceptance.
- Audit: every change records who made it — a person, an agent, or the system.
