Terms of Service

The terms for using Orbit, its API, the MCP connector, agent-to-agent access, and the Orbit Capture extension.

Last updated 17 September 2026Questions: alex@vgtc.io

These terms govern your use of Orbit, including the web app at orbit.vgtc.io, the Orbit MCP connector, the API, agent-to-agent access, and the Orbit Capture extension (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by VG Tech Consulting ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you can accept them on its behalf.

01Access

Orbit accounts are by invitation from VG Tech Consulting. To ask for access, email alex@vgtc.io. Agents acting for other businesses may use the public agent-to-agent interface without an account, within the limits we set.

02Accounts

Keep your credentials, API keys, and connector authorizations secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the assistants and agents you connect to it. If you suspect unauthorized access, email alex@vgtc.io promptly.

03Your data

You keep all rights to the content you put into Orbit. You grant us only the rights we need to host, process, and display it to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process the personal data of people recorded in your workspace, and for honoring their contact preferences. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

04Acceptable use

Do not use the Service, or send an agent to it, to:

  • send spam or unlawful communications, or contact people who have opted out;
  • store data you have no right to process;
  • access another workspace's data, probe or overload the Service, or get around rate limits or access controls;
  • impersonate another person or organization, or misstate who an agent acts for;
  • resell the Service without our written permission.

05AI features and agents

Orbit's own agents, AI assistants connected to Orbit, and external agents can all make mistakes. Check their output before you rely on it. The Orbit connector can change data in your workspace on your behalf, and you are responsible for what your assistant does through it. When you connect a third-party assistant, that provider's terms govern how it handles what Orbit returns. Nothing an agent says in a conversation with us is a binding offer or agreement unless VG Tech Consulting confirms it in writing.

06Fees

Access to Orbit is provided under a written agreement or order with VG Tech Consulting, which sets the fees and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

07Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what invited workspaces can do.

08Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access, including an agent's, that breaches these terms or puts the Service or others at risk. On request, we will export your workspace data before deleting it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

09Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid VG Tech Consulting for Orbit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11Changes to these terms

We post updated terms on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
